You mean the "enhanced", purified albuterol, xopenix? I'm not sure what you mean...

I'm not sure what "+" albuterol is either, but albuterol in general, is a type of drug known as a "beta agonist." It binds to the beta adrenergic receptors in the respiratory system which leads to muscle relaxation and helps with breathing. I hope that helps.
