I was curious if it's ok to take milk thistle if I have gallstones and fatty liver? I don't want my gallstones to pass because they might get caught up in my pancreas....so I'm wondering if milk thistle is known to help pass gallstones? The main reason I do want to take milk thistle is to try and repair my liver.
