saturday i realised i have a problem and i need help. i hurt my boyfriend with a sharp object and he probably will have a scar in his face forever because of me. after the incident, i had questions in my mind "WHAT IF I HURT HIM IN HIS EYE & IT HAD TO BE REMOVED ALL BECAUSE OF MY ANGER?" OR " WHAT IF I HIT HIM IN A SENSITIVE PLACE AND CAUSE HIS DEATH ALL BECAUSE I COULDNT CONTROL MY ANGER?". i realised i need help because it was a very small unreasonable and unncessary thing that made me angry and it cost my boyfriend a scar on his face for the rest of his life and the sad thing is that, i cant undo what i have done, i lost my boyfriend because of the anger i dont want to loose myself either.

I am really sorry to hear that. :( I'm also sorry to hear you lost your boyfriend over it. But consider this all a very valuable lesson learned. I really hope that this will lead you to the help you need now. ;)

I'm sorry things are so awful. It's wonderful to hear you are looking for help though. The only groups I'm familiar with are the Anonamous groups. I've been to a few of them in support of my partner, and they really help you to make over your life. There are all sorts of them. Maybe see if there's an Anon group that suits you in some way. Maybe you eat too much, or drink too much... Just reaching...

Good luck to you.

I am also not in denial anymore. Lost my girlfriend of almost one year due to my drinking and abuse. I'm getting help and she is in a better place now. The guilt is hard to live with but I am surviving. If you admit you have a problem you can survive too.
