I had the same worries the first time I switched pills and some dumb nurse made me think I was pregnant because she told me you have to wait a whole month when switching birth control and basically made me feel like an idiot but, I called my doc who reassured me that I was completely protected as long as I didn't miss any pills. If your nervous call your doctor and insist on talking to YOUR doctor not some random nurse. The other symptoms are pretty typical of changing to a new pill, breast tenderness happens to me at really random times lol, weather Im on the pill or not so that could be anything causing that, Im on yasmin as well and I did experiance that for like the first three weeks, but its alot better now. Kszan 12-03-2007, 10:16 PM I've read a lot on these boards that women on Yasmin are having similar problems. It is very common with that pill to have these side effects. karey92 12-03-2007, 10:45 PM Thank you so much for the reply!! I'm worring myself silly. I hope that's all it is. I also think but I'm not sure, do you have to take Yasmin while on your period or do can you skip those pills like on other pills?? |
