Hello.
My left nipple is VERY sensitive to EVERYTHING that touches it....If it rubs against anything I am in pain, so bras are a hassle. Also, it seems like it is erect all the time, thus making it rub against clothing even more. What's up with this? It seems like it's raw or something. Any ideas? Nothing else is hurting and my right breast is fine.

You would be wise to have this checked out by a doctor. Many things could be the cause but one might be breast cancer. There are many types of breast cancer including the "inflammation" type.

This will happen when the nipple is irritated. Have you tried some ointment to reduce the rubbing and subsequent pain?
Probably it's a good idea to check with a doctor, just to make sure. Hopefully, it's just something that started, and then gets worse because of the rubbing. It's could just be a vicious cycle that goes on and on, until the nipple is healed.
