With any rash, I always first try aloe vera before seeking a doctor. Most of the time, it goes away. If the skin condition doesn't clear up, then I'm off to the doc.

It seems like I use aloe vera for so many other things - like cold sores, sunburn, or bites. It's great for the skin. Also, with any rash, it's best to avoid scratching it. Keep the area clean with mild soap and water, and then with the aloe vera it helps keep away the itch too. The aloe vera can assist in healing and it's relatively inexpensive.
