Hi last few month l have had severe 'cramp' like gripping pains when walking at the top of my calfs......it feels really squeezed with a pulse liek pattern.does anyone know what this could be? thank you.

Not entirely sure what you mean. It isn't a "charlie horse"?
What I do know is that charlie horses are caused by a lack of potassium. If possible, get some potassium in you to prevent other muscle cramping.
As long as I get enough potassium, I'm free of charlie horses and other like cramps. I'd definately give it a try. You can't really lose anything!

I once suffered from severe leg cramps. Ask you phramacist - there is a really inexpensive pill you can take to prevent the leg cramps. Good Luck!
