i have noticed everytime i go to the doctors i have high blood pressure.
does anyone know why? could it be stress? anxiety?
i didnt get a chance to ask my doctor wwhat he thinks.

Lots of us get higher readings at the doctors office than at home. I can't speak for anyone but myself, but I'm sure that mine is anziety. It's commonly called " White coat syndrome " b/c it's associated with dr. visits.
