Hi all,
Am hoping to get opinions/experiences re: whether neuromuscular dentists might be able to help someone with a displaced disc without recapture, closed lock (not too bad, only 35 mm), and a laterally deviated bite?

Probably if they are trained in FJO (functional jaw orthotics) and utilize spints in their treatment but if they only focus on occulsional issues only then I doubt they will be of much help.
