blood pressure high 210/90 when exercising-down to 125/79 1 min after stopping-due a lot of road biking- eat great very fit- nayone has similar problems-was on 5 mg of lisiniprol-increased to 10 mg

Well of course your BP goes up during exercise. If your BP goes back to pretty much normal after a minute then what's the problem? If your BP is normal when you go to see your doctor, then why do they have you on BP meds?

Some experts would say that BP that drops to 125/79 only 1 minute after exercising is IDEAL! I would be careful of the increased dose of lisinopril. With pressures like yours, you could possibly feel faint or light headed due to bp that is too low so do become aware of the warning signs.
