How Many Calories Should I Consume to Lose Weight
Sorry Gaby, but how do you expect some one to answer a question like this without giving the details. In order to let you know how many cals you need to eat then you need to post the following info.
Age,
Weight
Height
%Body fat if known

I agree... the amount you need depends on your size and lifestyle. You can probably find a calculator online for this.
If this helps any, usually a woman has to eat between 1200-1500 calories to lose weight, but it may be more than this if you are tall and very active. It also depends on how much you eat right now. It's one of those things where you have to try it and see if it works. It is not recommended to go UNDER this amount though.
I am 5'4" and not overweight and my nutritionist put me at 1500 calories to lose a little weight because I wanted to and I did not see results so she had me to 1200 and that worked for me.
