I put a 75 mcg Fentanyl patch on either of my arms, I know all about how they don't stay on well.
Try cutting the "tops" of your white tube socks off, the upper elastic part. Pull it up over your arm, and I think you will find that it keeps the patch in one spot, and I actually use about 5 on top of one another. After a while, you get use to it, and if you use enough of them you can keep the patch dry in the shower. Works very well for me. And the added pressure pushing on it from the squeezing sock seems to help with delivery time as well.

You can also call the manufacturer, tell them about your adhesive problem and sometimes they will offer to send you an extra adhesive to help hold the patch in place for FREE. Good luck.
