I take 10 mg Lipitor now once a day. If I substitute guggl how much do I have to take to equal the same dosage? Thank you.

Welcome, and as no-one has replied, I'll ask you to please clarify what you mean by 'substitute guggl' red yeast rice prior to attempting to assist you.

I assume you mean guggul. Guggul and red yeast rice are two different things.
If you try guggul, I'd suggest just taking the lowest dose listed on the bottle, and see how it goes. I can't say I'm a big fan of it though, as there basically has been little to no long term studies with guggul, and it can interact with lots of medications.
Red yeast rice would be a better option, in my opinion.
