If these have been taken more or less at rest, not after running around first, then yes, go see a doctor. Write these readings down and show them to your doctor. I'm guessing you haven't seen a doctor for a while? Otherwise you'd be on medication already. These kind of readings don't usually happen overnight and if these readings are over the last month/week alone, I'll assume they've been high for quite some time. Call the doc tomorrow for an appointment.
