A quick easy any where any time fix for panic attacks and anxiety.
Senses.
I was taught this by a therapist.
Take a few deep breaths and try to clear your head. Then go through your senses: I see....I smell....I feel....(touching you)...I hear....I taste....
focus on these things. It does not fix it all but it helps you ground yourself.
