okay so yea i know all the side effects of yaz and i have 3 weeks til quit time. haha. but i really want to know what is caused by the pill and what isnt. I was wondering if anyone taking yaz had any of these problems. first of all, i know yaz has a diuretic which would explain why im always always thirsty and wake up with dry mouth and skin has been dry.. etc. but for the past week i have had really dry lips as well. theyre really swollen, dry and painful. it is cold outside but i have never had an issue like this before. i was wondering if the bcp's might be causing this. also, how does alcohol affect peoples moods on yaz?? i had a glass and a half of wine last nite and i started freakin out. I felt extremely panicky, like i was going crazy. anyone else experience this? im blaming everything on the pill now haha. i just want to be a bit fair to it.

I've never been on Yaz, but I have drank on the pill before, when I used to drink, and it never affected me that way. It's probably more due to the fact that the pill depletes many of the B vitamins, hence negatively affecting your mood. Try taking a B complex vitamin every day and you'll probably feel better.
