I lost my wife of almost 9 yrs (21 days shy) in Jan of 2000. My stepkids were taken by her relatives in April of that yr. I met a very beautiful & wunderful lady w/ 3 kids the next yr & we've been together ever since. My new family is composed of a 29 yr old son, 18 yr old daughter & 16 yr old son & my Lovely partner. I now have 2 lovely granddaughters too. I'm having a few problems tho. I miss my old family sumpin fiercly. We had traditions that we did every yr at the holiday times. I have a couple new traditions but it's different. I miss the way things were & no matter wat i don't seem to be able to get out of this christmas funk. I'm worried that i'm not doing enough for my new family & that i might be disappointing them in sum way. I keep in touch w/ my frst kids on ******* & the phone but they don't celebrate christmas anymore for religious reasons that i don't understand at all. All the old traditions are gone & so is my old life. I just miss it. I guess that's all i had to say. I'll go away now. Sorry if i took ur time.
