10 mg oxy's are pretty strong to be looking for relief in a non opiate, but you might try toredol, naproxin, or ultram, which is technically an opiate but you wont think so when you take it.
Most of these are best for inflammation type pain and I'm not sure if thats what you are looking for, and I think even if these were effective, you would not be very comfortable with an abrupt switch.
Can you taper off the oxy onto something else? are your pain relief needs less, or is there another reason you need to switch?

I am on the last leg of a taper coming of 6-10mg 10/325 percocet and 90 mg avinza. All meds were swithced to LA avinza. 180 mg to start taper and now down to 30 and will done in 2 more days. I have back pain due to injured back but am not really wanting to take something that will cause problems.

Ultram works the best for me. It works off the nerve impulses in the brain so if you are dealing with nerve pain as well it works as well as anything. I do not like opiates however sometimes I need some when i have had all the Ultram I can have.

Ultram is considered an opiate, just a synthetic one, and is also a controlled substance, class II I think.
BUT it works really well and imho, it doesnt feel much like an opiate, its really different. But it is a very effective pain med, it worked for me for many years.

Fabby is right. Ultram is an opiate and you will develop a tolerance and have withdrawal syptoms from abruptly stopping Ultram just like with any opiate. I think Ultram is useless myself, but that's just been my experience. I cannot think of anything that is going to provide the pain relief of a 10mg percocet, or I would have found it al LONG time ago! :) I did in fact RUIN my stomach taking every NSAID known to man, including 2400 mgs of Motrin a day. Didn't work anywhere near as well as the percocet, AND burned holes in my stomach at 30 years of age.
There are drawbacks to taking any med. Weigh the FACTS with yourself, your family, and your doctor. This is will help you realize what works for you!
Good Luck!
