The only thing I know of is they turn your urine bright yellow while taking them. Also if you are deficient in B vit to begin with they will cause gas. They are water soluble so I don't know of any bad side effect.

As stated before your urine will be a bright, neon like color which is normal and not harmful. Some people (myself included) have an increase in appetite. Other wise the B vitamins aid in an increase of energy. Be aware that both Vitamins and Minerals do not give you energy them selves. What they do do is allow other nutrients to be released in the form of energy or absorbed into the body.

They gave me a rapid heart rate, and increased anxiety. I' m very sensitive to vitamins and minerals. I"ve tried many, and same affect. But many people are just fine on them, and do well.

It will change your urine color. It can make your tummy bug you a little-take it with food and just cut back when it bugs your belly. Thats it, its good for you and will give you energy and help your body fight illness and keep your nerve health at an optimum. Thoses would be the good side effects.;) I have founf the powder vitamin drinks, for me, work better. B12 needs to be sublingual to be effective.
