My girlfriend and I want to start loosing weight. The only problem is we are worried her brest size will go down. Is this true? If so, is there any ways she can loose weight and keep her brest size?

Yes, most of the time breast size does decrease with weight loss. There is not really much to do to keep them the size that they are, but to me, losing weight and becoming healthier is much more important than my breast size.

I think it depends on where she carries her weight to begin with. If she's big on top mostly, they'll go down, but it probably won't be a great decrease. Unfortunately, though, we can't really control where we lose the weight when we lose it. If we could, a lot of plastic surgeons would be out of business. ;) I, myself, carry my weight in my stomach, so when I lose weight, that's the last thing to go, and unfortunately, my breasts and butt are the first to go. Conversely, when I gain weight, the first place it goes is to my stomach.

This happens with many, but not EVERYBODY. I have been lucky so far. I lost a good amount of weight and my chest stayed the same. It actually looked bigger because I was smaller everywhere else. When I gain weight, I don't put on weight in my chest area and usually it goes to my midsection. It all depends on the person. If the weight will not be drastic, most likely her chest won't change much. I could not imagine 5-10 pounds making a huge difference. I went down 2 sizes in my jeans without changing cup size. If she will be losing a lot of weight, she will probably least go down in the band size and might in the cup a little as well.
A good thing to do would be to do chest exercises, such as push ups. It will tighten up the chest muscles and may perk up the chest a little bit, but won't make it bigger. I feel like it helps me to do this though and makes my chest look better.
Besides those things, sometimes the birth control pill causes breasts to grow some, but I wouldn't recommend going on it JUST for this. It only happens with some users anyway. Some people don't like being on the pill and get side effects but I have had nothing but good ones and no weight troubles. I hear of some women going up a cup size on the pill though.
