IS SUPPOSED TO BE A PHYTOSTEROLS 400MG PER CAPSULE TAKE ONE BEFORE MEALS AND TWO WITH LARGE MEALS I THINK IT MAY HAVE RYRDONT DONT KNOW FOR SURE SUPPOSED TO REDUCE LDL AND TOTAL CHOLESTEROL HE WAS ON hsn network tv

well, I take cholesterol care, RYR with other herbs, no phytosterols tho.
I'm not sure I'd buy a supplement from t.v tho.
