If I only knew...Wouldn't we all love that. I would love to as well. For starters, stop drinking soda if you do. It's a huge contributer to calories and you won't miss it. Limit your sugar intake as well (if your normal cup of joe has two teaspoons of sugar, limit yourself to one or even none if you can. I don't do aspartame, because the stuff gives me a headache and it's bad for you). Try five or six small meals as opposed to the normal three.

It really is simple math. Eat less and do more.

Take the stairs and ditch the escalator/elavator. Park further away the next time you're doing your holiday shopping. You'll thank yourself for the extra walk and save your sanity from the mobs of people trying to find a parking space. Never underestimate these things!

Most of all, believe you can!
