What Diseases Cause Brain Lesions?

I knew that Alzheimers and some infections could, and I assumed cancer, but suspected that there could be less scary reasons, too, so I did a little search, and it looks like the list can go on quite a bit. Is there a reason you're asking, so that I (or someone else out here) can narrow it down a bit?

some brain lesions are actually congenital,meaning you are just born with them.most of these tho are a vascular type of lesion or malformation.Have you been Dxed with some sort of lesion in your brain?marcia
