Does anyone know what this means? I had CT scan 2 times and this is the results,
1.

The Uterine Cervix is seen to be low in density and enlarged, these findings raise the possibility of cervical carcinoma........
Impression:abnormal cervix raising the possibility of carcinoma.
2.
Prominance of both adnexa.
Impression
Prominance of both adnexa and ultrasound of pelvis to be formed if clinically indicated.

I made a previous post. I went to Dr and I am going back for a pelvic sonogram today at the office. But I would like to see what these test mean. I had Cin 3 in 2000 had removed part but because of clotting disorder could not take all of bad area. Unfortunatly I have not taken care of myself and now having many health problems. I am spotting all the time, cant have intercourse with my husband, my stomach is bloating, I have night sweats and I am exhauseted all the time, I also have pain and pressure in my lower stomach. I went from my cycle every 2-3 months to every 2-3 weeks. I just hate that everything takes time, and wait and see about everything.

Well any info would be helpful, again would love to know if ANYONE had CT scan that showed up there cancer. Thanks

Hello,

Yes I got word back just not sure what it all means.

Great news is it is not Cervical, pap was clear and HPV test was clear.

Bad news Sono revealed where the CT scan was picking up. It is my Uterus and ovaries that have the problem. I am having biopsies done next week to determine whether if it is cancer or not.

Dr wanted to remove but because of my blood clotting problems surgery is only the last resort. The good thing is I am pre-menapausal so the odds are this is just a benign problem. Although the dr is very concerened, I am hopefull this is all nothing.

I will keep you all informed.

Anyone here with Ovarian cancer how were you diagnosed and what were symptoms if any? Did you have tumors and cysts, if so what kind and how big?
thanks
c
