Hello,
I have a house and I pay mortgage, I am on a medical coupon for years, a friend of mine just told me that when I die and kids sell the house, they need to pay state for all the medical I incured for years. Is this true? Anyone knows about this. :(

The house is the only treasure I can leave with my three kids and not enough as I still owe the bank half of the market price.
