Ok, I've just recently started trying to lose weight. I'm monitoring my calories and fat and I excercise at least 4 times a week. I feel that I'm not losing weight as fast as I should be. Does anyone have any tips on what I may be doing wrong? :)

i think weight watchers is the way to go i did it online cause couldn't be bothered with the meetings i lost 5lb in my first week and lost about 2 stone in a year and a few pounds go on and off again but i've kept the majority of it off
it only cost £10 a month too so is good value and online tools are very good the message boards are also a great support

Well how fast do you expect to be losing weight? If you lose the reccommended 2 pounds per week, that means that every day approx. you should be losing .30 pounds. That means your cutting 1000 calories out of your diet and working out. I wouldn't reccommend anything over 2 pounds, since your initial loss is always more and it's water and then it levels off to start burning fat. If you workour too hard or cut your calories too low, you will start to go into starvation mode and start losing muscle which is essential for burning fat and toning up.
So just relax and take it one day at a time. You said you just recently started doing this, so don't expect results overnight. Eat well, drink tons of water and workout and it will come off.
Good luck
