Has anyone taken tylnol back and body for the pain of withdrawing? I read the detox post but I can't sleep because when I take something like Nyquil, tylnol pm etc in my head I'm tired but my body is so restless that all do is toss and turn and then I just get up because i'm so frustrated. :confused:

I took Tylenol for the muscle ache and pain and Magesium, as well as calcium, for the restlessness. Also used a heating pad sometimes to calm my legs in bed. It is just a crummy part of withdrawal to have that restless feeling. It does go away in time.

I was SO happy with the concoction of tuff that they had me on for the w/d's.... The Seroquil was GREAT for the agitation and racing thoughts, etc.... the Traz made me sleep like a baby....the Clonodine kept me on a really good level....and the Sub, well the Sub is the Sub is the Sub. it's a WONDER DRUG!!

Yes, I have have tried everything I can think of and finally last night I gave up and took a hydro just to get some sleep. I know but I was so restless I could not handle it.

I just wanted to mention I just got kicked off for using "acronyms" (short forms,texting style writing... u instead of you....) anyways noticed you had alot and didn't wanna see you get suspended like me (twice in 2days) I was soo frustrated LOL! But thought I would give you the heads up incase you didn't know-and if you do know than my apologies,just trying to help:)
