WTS Meds cholesterol care
this brand contains:
RYR
Artichoke leaf
Milk thistle seed
prickly pear leaf and stem
Reishi extract and
Reishi mushroom powder.

This worked really well for me.

I live in Canada and I can't find RYR other than the one I use (so far)
<removed>
Why do you used the extended release? better?
<removed>
Also, how much coQ10 should one take per day?
If I take 600mg X2 per day of RYR, how much coQ10?

Thanks!

BouBou,

I have answered the above query for you on a recent thread.
I mail order and import Nature's Plus extended release RYR into the UK. It should be cheaper postage to Canada.
COq10 dosage of 100mg per day for <50 year old rising to 200mg per day at 70+

Prior to taking Niacin I took 1,200mg twice daily of Now Food's Red Yeast Rice. Great product used it for over three years daily with outstanding results. I am having my lipid panel done in three weeks. I have now been taking 2,000mg immediate release Niacin daily for the past six months. If my numbers do not improve my Doctor advised he will put me back on the Red Yeast Rice.

Interesting! Please let us know.

I'll have new numbers again January 18, 2008.

To my daily 600mg of RYR, I added another 600mg.

Total daily RYR -1200.

added: 1- Coq10 - 100mg

added: 1-3 Fish oil.

I was feeling tired so I started on a B-Complex and added Quercertin or Apple Pectin for more anti-oxidants then my regular daily intake of fruits and veggies.

Pat, do a search on the High Cholesterol board with RYR and you get a minimum of 100 threads that include brands, opinions, results, etc. It will keep you reading for hours or you can narrow the search. Years of testimonials.:D
