I had bleeding gums, aches, pains, constant infections, tierdness, bruising, sore mouth, constant period bleeding and was diagnosed with leukeamia a year ago.Going to the doctor saved my life,i lost so much blood i couldent breath. The night i was rushed to hospital i needed a blood transfusion of four units. It might not seem like youre loosing much blood, but it all adds up.Please,go to the doctor, get checked out.If you hear the worst, dont worry they will do there best to help you.Im still here.:)

When I brushed my teeth, my gums bled .. I was always tired, petechiaes in my mouth, headaches, lose of appetite .. pretty much everything foxy1180 said. They took me over to St. Jude the same night & started me on blood transfusions. They said I could have bled to death because my blood wasn't clotting. Got my double lumen put in the next morning, my type is APL. It's not as bad as people make it seem, yeah, you might have nausea, but aleast you'll still be here. SO PLEASE, please, go to the doctor. You might be scared, but it's gonna be ok.
