The other night I was lying down watching TV about 30 min. after a shower. My head got a little tingling so I got up a little lightheaded and noticed my palms were reddish (almost marroon in color) and my ears were red and hot. I am not sure, but I also think I was having a bit of an irregular heartbeat. This only happens at certain times, about twice a week.

I am not sure but could this be allergies, thyroid issues, tumor, etc?

I am on some medicine (doxycycline), but if it was that I would think that it would happen more often i.e. with every dose? I was put on it because I had some tingling in my chest and they thought pneumonia, chest x-ray was negative so I abviously don't but I am finishing the med anyways.

sounds like an allergic reaction if your palms were itchy.

Maybe you have a food allergy.

Can you think what you ate about ten to twenty minutes
before your palms became red?

If it happens again, head for an antihistimine.
