My total cholesterol went down 24 points in one year.
I just got my new results today the doctors said it is still high but better than last year.
My total number is: 241
HDL 84
LDL 146
Tryig. 55
I am not on meds.

Hiya Bride527,

With a TC/HDL ratio of 2.87 (Average in UK is, less than 4.5 for female.) and a LDL/HDL ratio of 1.74 (average 3.2), you have no worries.
Triglyceride fat level is an important measure of heart health. Yours is a superb result.
