I just switched to Ortho tri-cyclen from Lo ovral not too long ago...Probably been taking Ortho tri-cyclen for about 4-5 days so far. I know it's too early to see how my body adjusts to the change, but I am noticing more trouble sleeping and when I wake up, I feel kind of nauseous and my stomach hurts. No other obvious side effects, but those are pretty apparent since the change. I take the pill at around 8:45-9:00 every night (after dinner), so I'm not sure if I need to actually take the pill with food or wait to go to sleep or what. Anyway, maybe it'll just go away in the next month once I get used to it...who knows. Any insight would help. Thanks.
