Does anyone know of any supplements to make you feel happier or less grumpy? I'm very grumpy at the moment and that's not good when it's coming up to Christmas!!!! :D I don't want to go back on antidepressants.

I actually just replied to you, but for this post here are two things I have learned about. Fish oil (omega 3 fatty acids) and St. John's Wort are supposed to be beneficial to increasing the brain's serotonin levels. Hope this helps. Be careful with St. John's Wort though because it can alter the effectiveness of some birth control pills, and it gave me headaches. Do they have this in Australia?
