WaytoGo14 12-20-2007, 05:27 PM Are you using the powder? 1 scoop (=17 grams =1 tablespoon) in 8oz per day is a treatment for constipation dosage. But giving this twice a day sometimes also happens... and for a clean out it is a lot more. Hope this helps. L. |
