I've recently started my 5th pack of LoEsrtin 24 FE and 6 days into the pack, I'm bleeding again. Ever since the transistion from my 2nd pack to my 3rd. My bleeding is so unpredictable. I called my nurse during pack 3 and she said continue through the pack, bleeding irregularities are normal through the first 3 months. Well pack 4 was super bad probably 20 days out of 30 of bleeding. My doctor is super hard to get a hold of and it is Saturday so needless to say, I can't get any guidance on this. But, has anyone else experienced this? Should I stop taking the pills? Is there light at the end of a tunnel some where?

Honestly, I hated Loestrin, it messed me up so bad. Acne, irregular bleeeding, and then thebleeding stopped and I didn't get it at all. By that time though I was so angry about my face I said "Screw it" and went to Yasmin. I wanted to go back to a 24 pill pack and I REALLY recommned Yaz. I had irregular bleeding the 1st month and my period came when it usually came with the yasmin. After that I was fine and I basically spot for 3 days when I have my period...it's great. My recommendation is to see if you can switch to yaz

Right now I'm taking LoEstrin24 and I'm thinking of going back to YAZ. The first three months my periods were screwed up now I don't even get a period! Also I'm having the same problem that Asteri00 had. When I was on YAZ I had pretty much zero acne, now that i'm on LoEstrin24 I'm breaking out like crazy. I think I'm going to call my doctor to see if I can switch back to YAZ.

I just posted for someone else concerning taking the Loestrin 24 FE. Search Loestrin 24 FE and read my post. I tried it for 6 months, but just now switched BCP. Sounds like you are having similar problems.

Good Luck,
Stefarina
