Is it ok for me to take centrum silver even though i'm only 21? The only thing that concerns me is the vitamin b12 level. It is 417%. Am i asking for trouble taking this vitamin. Thanks for your help.

you should realy take a vitamin/ mineral suppliment thats geared more twoard your age.i dont think it would hurt you.they add different stuff for the silver that the older generation quits making naturally.hope that helps.;)
