I missed the CBS evening news on Wed Aug 13,2003. They were supposed to run a story about a man who got hurt on the job (back injury I think) and employer promised to "take care of him". Then he was fired, is this legal? That was the lead in I saw on previews. A guy that I used to work with who is going through this as we speak.
