My insurance company is awful. They continue to change the medications they will cover and their policies on medical visits. My dental insurance is also associated with my medical insurance and it does not cover TMJ at all.
Who can I complain to? Write to? To try to get something done??? Is there some state or federal agencies that I can contact about my dissatisfaction?

Is this an employer group health plan? Or an individual policy?
If your covered through your employer, then compain to your employer. It won't change what the insurance company does, but perhaps they'll keep it in mind if enough people complain by the time their contract is up for renewal.
As for taking any action against the policies of the insurance company, well...there's not much you can do. They're a company. They're making business decisions. As long as they're notifying you of any changes, there isn't anything you can do.
