does anyone know if CT scans and MRIs etc, are covered under OHIP? i dont have to pay right?

They are covered, although every CHIP plan is different and you may have a very small co-pay ($5 or so); however, they cannot deny the service because of inability to pay.
There may be requirements for you to recieve the service, for instance, you may have to have prior approval or something. There should be a 800 number on your card, try calling there if not an emergency.

yes, they are covered under ohip ...there is NO co-pay ...
you may be thinking of the private mri facility in hull (quebec), where all
canadians have to pay the full amount ($800+) ...
