For the past few months I have notice very little red bumps on my pubic region and near the shaft of the penis. They almost resemble very tiny pimples. If I pop them it just bleeds for a bit and then heals. They seem to have have a little white head on them also that comes off. The size is very small, the size of the tip of a pen and they don't really rise up much. I think they are just hair follicles that I am popping but am not sure. I regular shave my pubic region so that I why I think that might be the case but I am not sure. Any input? Thanks.
