Your blood pressure is low if it's causing symptoms such as dizinness or lightheadedness or you are otherwise feeling unwell. If you are feeling fine, all is well.
Low blood pressure is not defined by any definite numbers. The presence of symptoms of low blood pressure is used instead in the diagnosis. The symptoms of low blood pressure develop when the arteries do not deliver enough oxygen to the brain, organs and bodily tissues. Some people are fine living with 90/50 blood pressure, while others develop symptoms of low blood pressure at higher blood pressure readings.
When in doubt, ask your doctor.

This is determined by what your bp normally is and symptoms. My bp normally is 117/69. Well today I had a doc's appointment and I took my bp meds on an empty stomach. Well by the time I got to the doc's office I was on the verge of fainting. My bp was 78/42! Even now I can't stand to my feet w/o almost passing out because it's 92/48 right now!

I hope this helps.
