Hi,
I'm trying to find the best revision rhinoplasty surgeon. I've had my nose done several times already, due to a botched nose-job, so I can't afford to make any mistakes this time, it's very important to me, so please only reply if you're genuine.
I've had my nose done about six months ago now. Aside of skill, and experience, I need a surgeon with an artistic eye, and most importantly - a surgeon who will give me what 'I' want, as opposed to what he himself finds attractive.
I want a 'cute' quite small nose, not necessarily the classic eu-natural look, but have no idea where to find a surgeon who can give me what I want. I've had my nose revised recently and all though it doesn't look bad, it's still not how I want it to be.
I wish I'd left it alone a long time ago, it's so awful when the thing you hate is right in the middle of your face. You just can't hide it.
If anyone has had their nose done recently, or knows someone who's had their nose 'revised', or especially if anybody knows of a surgeon who's well-known for doing 'cute' noses, I'd really appreciate it if you would message me back.
Thanks
Kind Regards
Faye (UK)
P.S - am willing to travel.

faye, it seems you have body dysmorphic disorder ,a psychiatric illness shown by excessive anxiety and interference with life due to imagined or slight deformity in appearance.See a shrink with specialism in OCD/Anxiety disorders and they will direct your therapy.Your description of your nose not looking too bad but not quite what you wanted is a sure sign you dont need more sugery. The goal in surgery is improvement not perfection.
If you still want to pursue surgey dai davies, julian rowe jones and basim maati are the most renowned in the uk.They might however recognise your behavioral symptoms as BDD and refuse to operate regardless of appearance. This happened to me with 4 different surgeons on a revision I was seeking.I have had BDD fot 17 years with several suicide atttempts and hospitalisation in institutions who had no idea how to treat me.ALL I can say is catch bdd early and work tirelessly at your prescribed therapy and you may have a chance at a life for me its too late.

I don't have Body Dysmorphia, I'm just a perfectionist. I'm sorry to hear about your problems though, don't give up, there's always light at the end of the tunnel!
