I need an exercise to get the fat off my butt.
And like how many times I have to do it per week...an so on. Like a schedule.

You can't target weight loss, your butt, you will lose it all over. You should think about 3-4 sessions a week, working towards 1 hour of cardio each session and a little bit of strength training too.
What you you have access to now or plan to do, gym, weight machines?
