if you have severe acne, proactiv probably won't work for u, it only works for minor or mild acne.

Good luck with the Proactive - I'm very curious to see how it works! I had Acne all through middle school and high school too, and it can be so traumatizing. I hope this works well for you, and if not - don't lose hope. There are so many products out there and everyone responds to them differently.

Good lcuk!

a prescription drug called Sprio is good for acne.

Yrs. ago I worked for a pharmacist, lots of teenagers would come in with terrible acne. THere was a Dr. in town who would prescribe penicillen & vitamin B12. The next time they came in & got the script filled their acne was cleared up, I was always amazed!

Well I beg to differ. I had acne FOREVER and could not get rid of it. Breakouts after breakouts after breakouts. So bad it was causing these monstrousity size impetigo infections.

I used up all the trial size of my proactiv. Use the cleaning solution, toner, and repair lotion, + sometimes the facial mask. I had some breakouts at the beginning but nothing like it was before.

Now I am on my next shipment from Proactiv and used it a couple of weeks and haven't really had the need to use it much since.

The breakouts have stopped and my acne was absolutely horrible. Nothing else helped this and I even went to a dermatologist.
