:confused:I drink green tea a lot for energy and well just because I like it, but everytime I am browsing teas at the store, I always see the "super dieters tea", has anyone ever tried it, I am hesitant to buy it cause it ranges from 5-10$..anyway just gonna get back on track with my healthy ways soon, wondering if it helps??

Usually diet aids have some unhealthy component to them. Read the label. It could simply be way overpriced too, personally I'd stick with plain old green tea, it's the healthiest.

I agree, it is probably a marketing ploy. If you buy than tea you will be even healthier because it has the word "diet" in it. Many people are drawn to that word because it makes them think it is more healthy than a regular verision or they identify because they are on a diet or want to be. More than likely in contains extra chemicals that should be there and is not healthy. I would stick to organic green tea.

I've used this before. I knew it wasn't a good idea, but I did it anyway. It just gave me the shites really bad. I guess it would be an option to relieve constipation.

Super Dieters Tea is a laxative. Certainly not something you want to sip on all day!

The Super Dieters Tea forumula includes a laxative in the ingredients.
Howver, greeen tea by itself is not a laxative.
