It is on the low side but it is not alarming unless you have symptoms of dizziness, light-headedness, feeling faint or fatigued, etc. Do you exercise? Does the rate go up with exercise. A low pulse rate is not unusual in an athletic person. There are other causes for slow heart rate with certain heart conditions or if you are on certain medications. Sometimes electrolyte imbalance could cause it. Have you always had a low pulse rate and was there a change in the way you feel now? You don't mention anything about your history and if there are heart related issues, then you need to discuss the matter with your cardiologist if you are having the above symptoms.
