I suggest that every sick veteran, spouse or survivor visit the website of American Type Culture Collection. ATCC is the repository for all types of biologicals. Some bios can be used as vaccines, but then some are nothing but downright failures as vaccines: Thus, failure vaccines are deemed as pathogens (a user-friendly word for diseases), and they -- eventually -- are patented as such (pathogens, or failures) by the U.S. Patents and Trades Office.

Today's newspaper headlines will tell you that Nuclear-Biological-Chemical trade to Iraq was legal during the Jimmy Carter Administration and thereafter. I defer judgment to some books you can find at your favorite bookstore or online book service. Please respond back if you are unable to acquire copies.

Spider's Web: The Secret History of How the White House Illegally Armed Iraq, Alan Friedman, Copyrighted 1993 from the original copyright of 1956.

Profits of War: Inside the Secret U.S.-Israeli Arms Network, Ari Ben-Manashe, Copyrighted 1992.

Fortunate Son, George W. Bush and the Making of an American President, J.H. Hatfield, copyrighted 2000. "Many good men should weep for his death . . ." Horace, Odes

Courage Under Fire, Patrick Sheane Duncan, Copyrighted 1996.

It has been pointed out to me that I mis-stated copyright information. The Spider's Web author was born in 1956 (That was not an original publication copyright date). One of my areas of specialty is patents, trademarks and copyrights.

My misinformation in the previous message is based on my reading that some of the monetary transactions, as well as chemical and biological warfare, were first documented during World War II and thereafter.

I also wanted to suggest some videos I failed to mention in the previous message. "Courage Under Fire" premiered in 1996 and is now available in Blockbuster stores.

"Thanks of a Grateful Nation" was released by Showtime in the late '90s, and is also available in limited supplies at Blockbuster.

Both are excellent action movies based on true stories. "Thanks . . ." actually includes real people I have met in Irving, TX, after the death of the very first publicized Gulf War veteran casualty, and elsewhere.

Also see Sept. 23, 2002 Newsweek regarding bios sold and traded to Iraq, and special equipment intended to use as "gassing" machines or equipment.
