Is it true that a persons blood pressure is higher in the morning?
I normally have blood pressures that are about 110/76 to about 98/64 but lately in the morning from the time I get up till about noon my readings can be as high as 130/84. I feel fine. no headaches, light headedness etc.
I'm 64 and have otherwise good health.

Mine is always high in the morning and is fine in the evenings. I don't know how it is across the board for everyone though? I take meds both in the morning and before I go to bed.
