Last night I took two of my birth control pills.
This morning I woke up and there were two packs both with the Tuesday pill missing.
I don't have any idea when I took the second one, but I must've been out of it or something.
Will this affect me in any way?

I dont think this will be too much of a problem.
i think I may have done it once before..
the most it can do is cause slight nausea..

It is not harmful but you will have to take an extra active pill at the end of the pack otherwise you will be one short. That's presuming you're taking the combined pill. It's important not to take more than seven days break from active pills between packs otherwise you could ovulate. If you're taking progesterone only pills then you just carry on without a break.
