my ears itch and its driving me crazy, they also get sores in the ears i guess thats from itching so much

Well where do they itch, Inside the canal, the outr ear... I would say that the bumps are probably the rash that is making you itch so much. Sometimes the itch (not confined to only ears), starts before the rash is noticable.
